Funeral services for Patsy Ann Eshelman Charles were held on September 12, 2005 at the Forest Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Woolley and Rev. Larry Burford officiating. Burial was in the Forest Grove Cemetery under the direction of Bailey Mortuary, Springhill, LA. Mrs. Charles, a native and lifelong resident of this area, died September 9, 2005 in Springhill, LA after a lengthy illness. She was a member of the Trinity Worship Center, a homemaker, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Survivors: Husband of 43 years, Percy Charles, of Springhill, LA; sons: Bobby Wayne Charles of Shongaloo, LA; Jerry Dale Charles and wife, Angela; and Donald Ray Charles, all of Springhill, LA; grandchildren: Cori Lynn Gianni and husband, Don, of Houston, TX; Brandon Charles, Kassi Charles, Chelsea Charles and Ashley Charles, all of Springhill, LA; and Josh Boggs of OK; great-grandchildren, Kaelyn, Victoria and Alexia; sisters: Mary Loy Dyar of Houston, TX; and Charolette Dinkins of Springhill, LA; brother, Kenneth Eshelman, of Greenville, TX and a number of nieces and nephews. Preceded in death were her parents, John and Era Miller Eshelman. Pallbearers: Scott Charles, Rudy Basinger, Mark Fish, Roger Haynes, Rickey Payne and Brian Thurman. Honorary pallbearers: Bobby Wayne Charles, Roy Eshelman and Charles Eshelman. |
