Springhill Medical Center has begun a painstaking task to move toward digitizing its' patient records. This task will pay off one day when all patients' files will be accessible with a click of a button. Springhill Medical Center is one of many health-care providers throughout Louisiana that are making the change.

Space Available at the Memorial Plaza PDF Print E-mail

The Memorial Plaza, located at the foot of the Centennial Clock, has space available for several more bricks and stones. The plaza, a three-sided structure, provides an opportunity to memorialize or honor a loved one or friend with names inscribed on red bricks or stones. The red bricks cost $50 and can hold three lines containing 15 letters and/or spaces. The granite stones cost $250 and are 11 by 14 inches which can hold four lines containing 22 letters and/or spaces. Businesses can add their logo for an additional $50 charge.
